He has demonstrated success in a variety of capacities including leading commercial & cross-functional teams, change management, building strategic alliances, managing distributor partnerships and strategic roadmap design and execution. Regis most recently worked at Terumo BCT, serving as their Global Vice-President of Therapeutic Systems. He received his MBA from Emlyon Business School as well as his PhD in Biochemistry from Bordeaux University..

Lisa also worked at a communications agency developing integrated marketing campaigns for business-to-business clients. She earned her B.S. from Skidmore College in Management & Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Sue also held the position of Partner at Arthur Andersen LLP, directing all aspects of audit engagements for companies across the manufacturing, technology and financial services sectors. Sue received her BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
